  • Eligibility Details

    The Miller Foundation welcomes proposals from non-profit organizations that serve Battle Creek, Michigan. Grantees, which are not governmental organizations, must be an organization exempt from income tax under Section 501(c) (3).

    Deadline Details

    Online Letters of Intent can be submitted at any time, up to 2 weeks prior to the grant deadline. If the request is within the scope of the Foundation's mission, applicants will then receive an email (within 7 days) to either proceed to the second step: the Online Grant Application or a denial. The Miller Foundation Board of Trustees considers grants at their March, July and November/December board meetings, with grant due dates being February 5th, June 5th and October 5th, annually.

    Award Details

    Award amounts vary based on scope and size of projects. The Miller Foundation will not typically award more than 10% of a given project or program.
