Eligibility Details
Applicants are limited to public government entities, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education in Georgia. Please note any award made pursuant to this solicitation is dependent upon the receipt and availability of federal grant awards and any requirements or conditions attached there to. An eligible applicant must meet he following criteria.
- Be a non-profit organization or a public government entity;
- Serve as the fiscal agent for the grant and the point of contact to CJCC; and,
- Be responsible, liable, and oversee financial, program, and post-award reporting requirements.
Continuation Funding Only:
Applicants are limited to agencies located in Georgia that are local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Indian tribal governments that meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this solicitation. Only current grantees can apply. This RFP is only to provide funding from this grant will provide SFP 7-17 to youth who are first time offenders, diverted from the juvenile justice system, or charged with a status offense and identified as at-risk
Deadline Details
Continuation Funds: Applications are to be submitted by Wednesday, September 1, 2021. A similar deadline is anticipated annually.
Award Details
Subgrantees will be allowed to apply up to $20,000 in the first year and up to $30,000 each year thereafter for lifetime of the award. Award Period March 19, 2021 – September 30, 2021.
Please note: The FY21 Juvenile Delinquency Prevention program is Year 2 of 5 funding for these grant projects.
The maximum Dollar Amount per Award is $30,000, Total Number of Awards is 6
